Graphic Quality

Our print process starts with a complete graphic file review. We spend the time to ensure your logo colours match and your image quality and colour will look the best it can. We make sure the grass is green and the sky is blue!

We print with a wide-format HP ink jet printer at 600 dpi. For our Pop-Up mural panels materials play an important part in our process. We print to a polyester film that we back with a stoplight laminate that elimates light from the back, which can diffuse the display impact and show the frame through the graphic. We laminate the front of the graphic with a high-quality, scuff-resistant material for maximum protection.

Our Banner Stand graphics—given that they roll tightly into the base and then come under some stress when stretched out on the support pole—require even more care in the production process. Curling of the graphic is a common problem that with the use of high quality materials and an exact laminating procedure we have largely eliminated.

The bottom line: Be careful when shopping for graphics. If the printer cuts corners by just pressing the print button when they receive the graphic files, you don't know what kind of quality you're paying for. Printing on inexpensive materials, like paper, can result in graphics that will tear and create permanent curling issues. If the graphic is not laminated your display won’t be protected from scratches and spills.
