Arc'teryx custom event displays
the project
Arc’teryx partnered with us to bring their Rebird repair and resale services to life at indoor and outdoor Arc'teryx Academy events. They needed a space to offer garment repairs, trade ins, and new gear right on-site. The goal was to promote sustainability in a tangible way, extending the life of outdoor apparel and showing just how valuable reuse and repair can be. The DJ booth was an addition to their events, as part of creating a cohesive, branded experience to their events.

What We Did
The Solution
The first 20ft version of the Rebird booth debuted in Squamish in 2022, followed by a 10ft retail extension at the Whistler Academy in 2023. Built for both indoor and outdoor use, the exhibit was crafted from recyclable materials and finished with a clean, natural aesthetic. Inside, we included thoughtful, practical features: a staffed service counter, change room, mirror area, custom shelving, hanging racks, integrated lighting, and storage drawers . All of these features were designed to support smooth flow and a comfortable customer experience. The DJ booth was built in 2024 with custom inlays, dimensional lettering and logos, along with built-in storage with cable management.
“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Exhibit Studio on several Arc’teryx events over the years, and they’ve consistently provided exceptional service. From designing and planning to onsite building, their attention to detail and dedication has been outstanding. They’ve also gone above and beyond by supporting us with storage and transport of event materials. We are incredibly grateful to have them as a trusted partner for our events and look forward to many more collaborations!”
