Next, we dive deeper with stakeholders to develop an exhibit plan, storyline, and spatial layout that fit your objectives and budget. Our strategy connects your message to your audience through thoughtful design and experience planning.

Here’s where ideas take shape. We create the first visual expression of the experience, including design sketches, 3D space plans, graphic concepts, and interactive elements. Feedback sessions help refine and align the design direction.

We take the schematic concepts and refine them into detailed plans. This stage includes prototyping graphic samples, testing interactive components, and finalizing specifications so every detail is ready for production.

By this stage, the design is complete. We produce renderings, to-scale drawings, and material/finish specifications, along with detailed infrastructure planning for lighting, electrical, audio/video, and more.

With approvals in place, our team builds your exhibit to the highest standards. From shop reviews to on-site installation, we handle every detail — including any prep or demolition — and deliver a flawless finish. Final inspections are completed, and any adjustments are made quickly and thoroughly.
