the project

BeeMaid Honey is a Canadian co-operative owned and operated by beekeepers. When they came to Exhibit Studio ahead of the Restaurants Canada Show, they needed a 10x20 trade show display that could speak directly to foodservice buyers and culinary decision-makers.

Our solution needed to be cost-effective, packable, and manageable by an internal team — and still make an impact on a busy, competitive show floor. It also needed to scale between a 10x20 and 10x10 footprint to stay versatile across future events. The goal was to showcase a brand rooted in craft and community.

The Solution

We designed a lightweight, reconfigurable modular display system built around fabric graphics, integrated shelving, a custom counter, and a die-cut barrel cutout that pulls visitors into the booth and opens the conversation. Every visual reflects the people and process behind the Bee Maid co-op with warm, natural imagery that communicates craft.

The modular hardware system carries across shows, and graphics can be refreshed without replacing the structure — a smart long-term investment for a brand that exhibits regularly. The booth scales cleanly from a 10x20 down to a 10x10, giving Bee Maid flexibility to right-size for any event without starting from scratch.

Exhibit Studio coordinated full logistics for the Restaurants Canada Show at The International Centre in Mississauga. This included shipping, local labour, and installation and dismantle. The booth is built to travel, built to last, and built to tell a story worth stopping for.
