Fuze Flavour Lounge YYC Airport Activation
the project
Coke Canada Bottling Ltd. set out to land Fuze iced tea in front of travellers at the Calgary International Airport (YYC) with two branded lounges. The environments would bring the brand’s fruit-and-botanical story to life at one of Western Canada’s busiest passenger hubs.
The activation called for two connected builds: one combining a vending machine grab-and-go zone with lounge seating and a charging station, and a second dedicated seating lounge. Both needed to be fully standalone structures — no drilling into airport walls or floors — while meeting YYC’s tenant construction, signage, and after-hours installation requirements.

What We Did
The Solution
The lounge pairs Fuze’s branded vending machines with the look of a custom wooden buildout. Both spaces feature charging shelves with cut-out Fuze logos and a branded header atop the canopy. Layered graphics with 3D elements surrounds lounge seating, for a comfortable and immersive space to recharge.
Behind the scenes, our team produced the full production package including development drawings, graphic templates, and fabrication documents. We managed every detail of the graphics scope: wall vinyl, ACM header panels, floor decals, and dimensional acrylic lettering.
To meet the airport’s requirements of not drilling into the walls, we engineered the lounge walls and canopy structure to stand securely without additional fasteners. Installation ran after-hours under YYC airport escort, with permits in hand and in coordination with their electrical services. Both lounges were delivered as a relaxing, branded experience that meets airport regulations.
