
GMC dealership experiential events
the project
To take the energy of the Calgary Stampede beyond the fairgrounds, GMC teamed up with Dentsu to launch a series of pop-up events at dealerships across the Calgary area. The idea was to bring the Stampede spirit directly into the community, complete with live music, great food, family-friendly fun, and western flair. It needed to feel authentic, high-energy, and have a distinct Stampede fee, no matter which dealerhsip you pull into.



What We Did
The Solution
Each day during Stampede for these events, our team hits the ground with full event production services that transforms dealership spaces into mini Stampede celebrations. Rental elements include stage and trussing, sign holders, along with games like the claw machine and mechanical bull, all with custom branding. We support setup, teardown, transportation, and every display detail in between to keep the experience smooth, fun, and on-brand.
