When medical cannabis first became more widely available in Canada, Harvest Medicine needed an informative, welcoming clinic environment that could guide patients through an unfamiliar process. The space had to balance professionalism with warmth, offering a clear product education path from check-in to consultation.



What We Did
The Solution
The design was organized into three key zones: a reception area for first touchpoints, a private waiting and consultation space for one-on-one care, and a learning area where patients could explore licensed products with guidance from trained staff. We developed the full brand identity—including the logo, colour palette, and messaging—to create a cohesive experience across signage, privacy film, and interior design.
Custom infographics and digital displays helped simplify complex information, while a soft colour palette and clean finishes kept the clinic feeling fresh and professional. The result is a functional, welcoming space that supports patient confidence and set the foundation for future growth, leading to Harvest Medicine opening a second location in St. Albert.
