HelloFresh 10x20 modular exhibit

We've worked with Hello Fresh on a variety of displays over the years, from brand activations to trade show exhibits. During the Calgary Stampede, Hello fresh needed a 10x20 booth at the Western Oasis Market, with a repurposed custom counter we originally built for them in 2022. New booth display elements were incorporated, along with our event installation and dismantle services.
What We Did
The Solution
The custom counter acted as a functional workspace with storage, updated with removable western-themed graphics to suit the event. A seamless fabric wall backdrop was produced with integrated support for a wall-mounted monitor and overhead lighting. The space was designed to allow HelloFresh to incorporate their own branded elements, including grass carpet, food boxes, and a prize spinner wheel. The booth was a bright, inviting space that felt part of the welcoming Stampede environment.
