Indaba Trading was headed to the Gift & Home Show in Toronto with a clear vision: a custom 80x20 trade show booth that felt handcrafted and welcoming. The space needed to capture the essence of their warm, organic home decor brand, spotlight a wide variety of products, and pack down effectively to move from one event to the next.

What We Did

The Solution

At the front of the booth, we built a custom reception counter with an overhead canopy wrapped in a wood grain. This creates a warm, textural feature that helps define the space with lightweight functionality. The counter features dimensional branding, integrated overhead lighting, a durable Corian countertop, built-in drawers, and an illuminated logo. To showcase their product line, we added four freestanding white MDF shelving units. Each one is framed by its own mini pergola, with branded panels and small side ladders for extra display space. Every element was custom crafted, with components that break down easily and travel safely within custom-built crates.
