the project

Between 2017 and 2021, Brookfield Residential brought us on to help launch and support their Livingston community through a series of branded sales and information displays. The objective was to craft engaging, cohesive spaces that reflected Livingston’s playful, family-friendly identity while evolving alongside the growing community.

Over several years, this included the original HUB trailer, mall and showhome displays, and eventually, a feature wall at the community’s new HOA facility. Each phase needed to feel connected, yet fresh: merging old and new visual elements to reflect Brookfield’s evolving brand.

The Solution

The original HUB sales centre trailer in 2017 featured a range of display elements from wall graphics to dimensional signage, developed in partnership with the Brookfield marketing team. Together, we focused on the flow of information, strong visual storytelling, and brand consistency throughout the space.

This project was followed with interior feature walls in a nearby showhome, designed to carry over the branding with updated messaging and clean, dimensional elements. It includes other elements such as sliding material sample panels, vinyl graphics, dimentional information panels, and curated finishes.

When the trailer was eventually replaced with the permanent Homeowners Association (HOA) building, we created a floor-to-ceiling feature wall using a recycled Livingston logo and updated dimensional signage. Custom brochure holders and a large, wall-mounted community map printed on an acrylic panel added an architectural, elevated touch to the new space.
