Polaris has become a mainstay at the Calgary Stampede, showcasing their lineup of off-road vehicles in a space that reflects both the practical and adventurous possibilities. Year after year, they’ve partnered with Exhibit Studio on an outdoor exhibit that captures the rugged energy of the trail with interactive elements.

What We Did

The Solution

Over multiple years, we’ve designed and produced immersive branded spaces that bring the Polaris lifestyle front and centre. The original setup featured a covered booth with custom structural elements, a truss-supported vinyl banner wall, and authentic touches like split cedar fencing, wooden barrels, and greenery. In 2025, when the space moved to a new location, we refreshed the build with new elements. This included a refurbished Calgary Stampede wooden kiosk with integrated storage, a dedicated wrangler interaction area, and custom rental signage stands to spotlight Polaris vehicles from every angle. The result is a durable, adaptable display that invites Stampede-goers to picture themselves in the driver’s seat.
