the project

Sealion Cargo needed a customized trade show display that could scale with their exhibiting plans. The goal was to create a modular 10x30 exhibit that could adapt across 10–30 ft. booth lengths, while maintaining a modern, recognizable presence. A key design direction was to elevate the look of a traditional shipping container — tying directly to their brand — with plenty of storage and conversation spaces.

Modern trade show booth with wood finishes, white meeting table, bar seating, and built-in display for product presentations.
Custom trade show storage cabinets with marble-look panels and wood framing beneath mounted display screen.
Branded 10x30 shipping container exhibit with wood paneling, demo counters, seating, and overhead signage on show floor.

The Solution

We designed and built a modular exhibit system that adapts from 10 to 30-foot-long configurations. A key concept was a custom blue container facade. The challenge was to design a panel pattern that would work seamlessly across varying frame sizes. Vinyl-wrapped aluminum composite panels were CNC-cut and grooved to allow for controlled bending, creating depth without added bulk. Separate corner components completed the container aesthetic while keeping the structure lightweight and efficient.

Additional elements include a full-height storage closet, custom signage, counters and cabinets, and a coffee bar area. From concept and graphics production through fabrication and on-site installation, our team managed every stage to deliver a distinct, scalable modular exhibit solution.
