Siemens trade show exhibits

We teamed up with YellowHouse Events to build a 20x30 rental trade show booth for Siemens at the Calgary BMO Centre. With just two weeks to handle design, approvals, and material orders, the challenge was to deliver a custom exhibit that felt polished and on-brand — without missing a beat on a tight timeline. A separate 30ft custom fabric display was also produced as a backdrop for company events.
What We Did
The Solution
To keep Siemens’ trade show booth on budget and on schedule, we combined rental pieces with custom touches. We built custom reception counters, and translucent blue half walls made with Pantone-matched decals to create the look of plexiglass. The booth also featured a dedicated 10′ × 10′ space for an Augmented Reality photo booth shipped in from Denmark just in time. Multi-phone charging stations were also added to keep visitors powered up and engaged.
