Wellspring Randy O'Dell House
the project
Wellspring first approached us to create an outdoor recognition display honouring the organization’s three founders. Located within the Japanese garden at their Carma House location, the monument needed to complement the natural surroundings while serving as a meaningful tribute.
The success of this initial piece led to expanded work at Wellspring’s new Randy O’Dell House, where we were brought on to develop a comprehensive signage program. This included wayfinding, room identification, and exterior signage, all thoughtfully tailored to align with the facility’s branding and interior finishes.

What We Did
The Solution
The outdoor donor recognition monument was designed using wood posts encased in rustic steel, featuring name and butterfly cut-outs for a subtle, illustrative touch. Angled panels at the top of each pillar display outdoor-rated biography information.
Exterior signage includes halo-lit dimensional chrome lettering mounted to a wall panel that matches the building cladding, allowing for discreet access to electrical components.
Interior signage was designed with a layered approach. The top layer features frosted acrylic with vinyl lettering, mounted over natural wood. This wood material continues into the entryway as part of a donor recognition wall honouring Randy O’Dell. This display also includes large-format graphics, dimensional lettering and logos, and acrylic panels.
