Fly YPK — the Regional Airport of the Fraser Valley — needed a modern, modular booth to represent their growing presence as a gateway to air travel. The space had to feel welcoming and professional, with the flexibility to adapt across events. The booth needed strong branding and practical workspaces for face-to-face engagement that would work in a 10x10 and 10x20 booth space.
What We Did
The Solution
Built on a modular beMatrix system, the scalable exhibit combines clean architecture with an approachable feel. Full-height branded graphic panels and dimensional signage anchor the space, while a warm wood-finish counter and custom counter create functional, approachable work zones. Overhead, a custom canopy printed with a vibrant sky graphic ties the experience together, with integrated lighting for added atmosphere. Laser-cut runway and airplane cutouts on the podium reinforce the aviation theme, with layered geometric shapes and dimensional letters. The booth can easily convert into a 10x10 layout, making it a sleek, scalable solution.
